Maite zaituztegu esateagatik justizia gainean duzunean, seinale ona ez. Maitasuna baina, ezin kartzeleratu daiteke. Ez da ziega batean, justizia jauregi batean edo epaitegi batean sartzen ahal.
Astea atxiloketa batzuen berriarekin hasi genuen gaur zortzi. Arrasaten bi lesakar. Medikuen txostena ukan genuen astelehenean. GARAren gune elektronikotik mundura egin zuen medikuaren agiriak. Igor Portu ospitalean zen, Mattin Sarasola guardia zibilen esku oraindik.
Eta asteak luze irauten du pikoloen eskuetan. Inkomunikazioa. Tortura. Iluntasunari lotzen dizkiogun terminioak dira. Kolpeak, presioa, mina. Eta bitartean bertsio ofizialak aldatuz doan Barne ministroa. Barre ministroa esango genioke, barre egiteko gogorik izan ezkero. Negargarri, berriz ere.
Komunikazioaren gerra ekarri du inkomunikazioak. Bertsio ofizialak eta mediku txostena aurrez aurre. Ministro bat, Estatu oso bat, herri txiki baten kontra. Senitartekoak, Lesakako lagunak, errepresioaren kontra diren guztiak… Internet baliatu zuten besteak beste, mezuak igorri eta hedatzeko. Tortura latzak. Testigantza berriak.
Lekuko baten bertsioa ere jakin genuen, astea bukatu aitzin. Eta Igor Portu eta Mattin Sarasolaren testigantzak gero, epaileen aitzinean. Hiruen adierazpenek bat egiten dute, inkomunikazioaren mugak gaindituz. Hori ulertu ezinik jarraituko du beharbada, espetxera igorri dituen Marlaska epaile bilbotarrak. Gu ere ezin konprenituta gaude. Nola tratatu dituzten Lesakako bi gazteak. Baina dagoeneko hasi gara ulertzen Espainiako demokrazia. Lege antiterrorista defendatzen duen gure demokrazia.
Ez dago denborarik maitasunarentzat. No time for love. Herri zahar hau berritzerik ez dago. Erlojuaren orratzak gure kontra doaz. Unez une. Irlanda zuen aipatzen Hertzainaken kantuak. Ez dute uzten maitatzen gauean…
No time for love

Hoien legea guretzat apartheid,
gartzela, ihesa, hauspena ta isiltzea
hoien legea,
zu ta ni heuren gisara eukitzea
gordeak dituzu arma ta izpien
kontrako altzeiru atzean
eta gu negar gasen mende gaudenok
oker omen gaude
Ez dute uzten maitatzen gauean
Tortura sufritzen, zeldatan usteltzen,
gutunak idazten eta bertan hil
eutsi zioten minari baina
bakardadeak irentsi
gorteek justizia egin zieten
matoi txukunen gisan
maiz borrokatuak iraun gogoz
baina maizago hiltzea nahi
Ez dute uzten maitatzen gauean
ez agurrik ez negarrik gauean
ez zergatik ez norarik gabe
sirenotsa garraixi bakarra gauean.
Eraman zuten Francis Hughes gaztea
baita haren lengusu Tom McElwee ere
etorri ziren Patsy Ohara,
Bobby Sands ta lagunen bila
Bostonen, Chicagon, Saigonen;
Santiagon, Varsovian,
Gasteizen eta Belfasten
eta beste hainbat lekutan
hau zerrenda amaigabea
Zatozte anaiei borrokan
lagundu nahi duten guztiak
gerrara ohitu zintezke
baina gerra egon badago
arrainak itsasoa behar du ta
herriak zu behar zaitu
gure gogoak iraun artian
ez da beldurra nagusituko.
Ez dute uzten maitatzen gauean
ez agurrik ez negarrik gauean
ez zergatik ez norarik gabe
sirenotsa garraixi bakarra gauean.
Sirena garraixi bakarra gauean.
